Mike started making cookies in the 70's while in college, learning baking techniques from his mother. Mike started with his original take on chocolate chip cookies. For years he has taken his cookies around to restaurants in the Panama City and Panama City Beach, Florida area, eventually building up to 20 locations and over 20 different varieties. And for years people have asked if they could order them.  

Finally the time has come to share with everyone!
